Step 4: Load (Save) sub projects to server
In this example, we identified IT System Upgrade Program as program and the the following are sub projects.
- Invoice system upgrade
- OP systems upgrade
- Product warranty upgrade
We already created and published program plan in step 2 and step 3 and now we have to load (save) all the sub projects to the server.
Load (Save) each of the sub projects in to server. (Please do not publish the projects)
Please proceed to Step 5 for further process.
