Reason 5: Inability to manage Master/Program projects in Server
Project Server 2003:
Project Server 2003 does not provide a robust capability to store Master Projects on the server. When publishing master projects to the server, the server double counts the resource work and cost from the Master and Sub projects.
Project Server 2007:
Project Server 2007 supports master projects to manage the program plans in the server. PWA has the capability to display program schedules with sub projects.
