Earned Value Analysis - Example (Hands On)
Step 2 : Save Baseline
Steps:
- On Tools menu -> Tracking -> Save Baseline
- Click Save Baseline and the click the baseline (Ensure Baseline is the term in the Save Baseline dropdown list and the Entire Project radio button is highlighted.)
- Press OK to save your baseline
- Save Project Plan
Please verify the baseline information on Project Statistics window. (On Project menu -> choose Project Information -> Click on Statistics )
